This study was conducted to assess the level of integration and extent students involvement on community services such as outreach program peer tutoring clean green drive in teaching Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao (EsP), which would turn formulate lesson exemplars for EsP subject Philippine High School Arts (PHSA), Los Baños, Laguna. The respondents were thirty-nine (39) Grade 9 representing total population ninth grader teacher Pagpapakatao, thus no sampling technique utilized. design used quantitative-descriptive determine effect variables using questionnaire checklist survey questionnaires. For statistical treatment, mean standard deviation employed. Electronic forms spreadsheet applications tabulating computing statistics study. results revealed that participation Highly Manifested based answers. Similarly, Observed measured by group respondents.
